Athelington Hall Farm Lodges

Our Log Cabins are situated within the picturesque grounds of Athelington Hall in rural Suffolk.

Situated within the private grounds of Athelington Hall in the North Suffolk countryside, our log cabins are the perfect reason to escape the pressures of urban life and embrace a well-earned break.

We are a working farm, which dates back to 1620. An impressive moat and acres of open fields surround the 17th century Hall, complete with a fine avenue of oak trees. We are situated in an idyllic location in North Suffolk, the surrounding area being a haven for wildlife. Wonderful walks in unspoilt countryside unfold virtually from the doorstep.

Our log cabins are self-catering and we strive to make sure you have absolutely everything in them that you may need. Each lodge has its own private hot tub to enjoy a star gazing evening with a glass of something bubbly, some with saunas to melt away any tensions and four poster beds to snuggle up in. We have a games room on site with a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey, football table and an Xbox 360 in to keep the kids and adults entertained. With an array of wildlife and footpaths right outside your lodge, with or without a pet there are plenty of walks to keep you stress free and enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside.

We are perfectly located with access to various towns and traditional villages. The popular market town of Framlingham is only 15 minutes away, home to Ed Sheeran's castle on the hill and a traditional Saturday market. The breath-taking Suffolk Heritage Coast is easily reachable along with both Aldeburgh and Southwold. Check out our 'Things to do' section to see all the different things you can visit and see when staying with us.

Log Cabin Holidays are suitable for couples and families, children and pets have plenty of safe space to run around and explore. We can provide an idyllic, quiet break in the Suffolk countryside, we are secluded and peaceful, and great for special birthdays and occasions.

Log Cabin Holidays

There is no public transport in the village so having your own transport is essential. There is ample parking for several vehicles with each of the lodges. All of our lodges are well appointed with fantastic field and countryside views, perfect for a relaxing, away from it all rural holiday.

The Havers log cabin development has been supported by European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, to provide 6 new luxury log cabins.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
