Arrive at your Convenience
As guests carry on down the main drive the reception is the first building on the left through the avenue of twinkle lit trees. Guests to our 17 lodges can check-in with us from 4pm - 6pm or any time after. Even if it’s dark, they can be sure of finding their way to their chosen lodge.
We leave the key in a safe locker (code sent privately) close to the reception. There will be an envelope with the lead booking name, alongside all the details of the lodge and location.
If it’s cold outside it certainly won’t be inside, as each lodge has the heating on ready. We also put on the veranda light and an inside light to help with arrival in the dark.
The Personal Touch
We totally respect the privacy of our guests, many choosing our lodges for exactly that reason. However, as a small family run business, we mostly all live on the grounds and don’t mind at all if guests need to contact us. So, if reception is closed and a light bulb flickers, or you want to know the local highlights, we don’t mind being contacted on the mobile number, we’ll always do our very best to help.
