It has been a strange 9 weeks since we decided to close our doors and we have been busy speaking to many of you, making changes to your bookings that you have with us. Any bookings that we had prior to July 3rd 2020 have either been transferred, gained a voucher to use at a later date or refunded. Thank you to all of our guests for your understanding and your patience whilst we have organised all of this. 

We hope now that there is some light at the end of a very long tunnel. Following government guidelines and advice, we are planning on re-opening on July 4th 2020. For those of you that have stayed with us before, you will know how easy it will be to socially distance from others and how clean our lodges are.We will be doing some things slightly differently when we open, some of those will include:

- Self-check in. You will be able to pick up your keys from our key safe or you can go straight to your lodge without having to see anyone. 

- The welcome books inside the lodges will be electronic from now on. 

- All soft furnishings will be removed to keep all of our guests safe. 

- Extra cleaning measures will be in place. We will be sanitising all door handles, light switches, keys and dining chairs. Along with all surfaces being cleaned with anti-bacterial and anti-viral cleaner. 

To help you all to book with us with confidence, any bookings placed to stay with us in July and August will not be asked for any balance payment until we open. If we can not open by the time you are due to stay, you can transfer your date or we will refund your deposit payment so you know you will not loose any money. There are no admin fees, no transfer date charges, no hidden charges at all. If we can not open, you will not loose a penny. The deposit payment for bookings in July and August are also reduced to £50. 

Any bookings for stays from September 2020 onwards have our normal payment conditions, however please rest assured that if we open and then have to shut again, you will be offered to transfer your date, gain a voucher or have a full refund. 

We can not wait to find our new normal and for you all to start enjoying the beautiful countryside, peace and tranquillity that our lodges and surroundings have to offer.
