Spreading the cost

We love looking forward to a holiday…but we don’t look forward to paying off the balance! We’ve recently updated our payment system to make paying the balance far less daunting and much more manageable.

Booking your holiday and paying for it – how does it work?!

When you book a holiday with us, either via the website or by calling reception, we take a non-refundable deposit of £75 to secure your booking.

The balance is then due 8 weeks before you arrive, but please don’t worry, you don’t need to pay it all at once! It is now possible to pay by instalments.

Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive a confirmation of your booking, which includes a link for you to pay the remaining balance. Once you have clicked the link, you can choose how much and how often to pay off your holiday.

Whilst paying by instalments is an option for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, it is not possible for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival. For bookings where the holiday is within 8 weeks, the balance needs to be paid in full at the time of booking.
