Being so rural, there are some wonderful countryside walks you and your dog can enjoy during your stay. On site, we have mapped out two walks, starting at the star; the red route takes you around the fields, along hedgerows, round the wood and over a bridge but if you don’t fancy walking quite so far, you can follow the blue arrows for a slightly shorter stroll around the fields and back to your cabin where you can then relax in your own private hot tub. If you want to explore the local area further, there are some beautiful walks with secluded woodlands that can be found by walking through the village and following the footpaths.
If you want to travel a little further, there are some fantastic places to visit and explore that are brilliant for walks: Thornham Walks, Knettishall Heath, Sutton Hoo, Rendlesham Forest and Nowton Park…many of which have some rather yummy cafes too!
Whilst it is slowly drying out, it may still be a good idea to bring some wellies with you for walking around the slightly muddy fields!
