1/While reasonable numbers of visiting guests are allowed, additional overnight guests are not. The lodge occupancy limits are clear on the website. This could invalidate our insurance. Guests who invite visitors who have dogs must check with us first. Any visiting dogs can only enter a pet-friendly lodge.
2/ If you have booked more than one lodge, please do not move items, internal or external, from one lodge to another. The correct amount of glassware, crockery, etc., is provided to each cabin.
3/ You are responsible for supervising all party members, including those under the age of 18, at all times.
4/ Please respect the neighbouring cabins and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. You can hear a pin drop in our beautiful countryside at times, and after all, we are all here to enjoy the peace.
5/ Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted inside the lodge.
6/ Fire risks are not permitted at the lodge, including candles, firepits, fireworks, and lanterns.
7/ Drones cannot be used on or from our site without permission.
8/ When driving around the site, please keep to a safe speed of 5mph to keep all our guests and wildlife safe. When entering and leaving our site, please respect the locals who live in our wonderful village, Athelington.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in pet-friendly lodges but must be added to the booking. If you do not add your dog when booking, you may be booked into a pet-free lodge. We ask that your dogs be kept near your lodge or on a lead and that all faeces be bagged and binned immediately. We kindly ask that you take your dog onto the grass and not allow any toileting to happen on the decking.
The Holidaymaker must not allow pets on beds or furniture within the property and must not leave them alone at any time.
EV Charging
Electric Vehicle charging is not included in the price. We have 2 x EV charging points on-site, ideal pay-as-you-go options for all-electric vehicles. We kindly ask guests not to charge their vehicles using the domestic cabin sockets. If we see this happening, a fine will be issued. Below is a link to the instructions you will find next to the EV chargers. You will need to download EV Pro App to use the chargers.
Good Housekeeping Deposit
You will be required, 1 week before your arrival, to provide us with a Cautionary Good Housekeeping Deposit of cleared funds worth £100.00. This will be advised to you at the time of booking, this is in the case there is any damage to the property during your stay or for the need of any additional cleaning. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
